Are you the kind of person who knows the difference between a 200TW track tire and a full R-compound or a full slick? Do you know why proper seat mounting matters, understand the difference between FIA and SFI certifications, and can talk about brake pad compounds as easily as racecraft? Then this role is for you.

We’re growing our team and looking for an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our Performance and Competition team. We’re looking for motivated individuals with a genuine passion for cars and racing who are ready to work hard, learn fast, and grow within the industry.

Prior auto parts or performance industry experience is preferred but not required. If you’re mechanically inclined, understand vehicle platforms, bilingual and are eager to deepen your technical knowledge, we’re willing to train the right person.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries in person or via phone and email
  • Provide technical guidance and fitment support for:
    • Performance automotive parts (suspension, brakes, wheels/tires, drivetrain, etc.)
    • Racing driver safety gear (helmets, suits, gloves, shoes, head & neck restraints etc.)
    • Vehicle safety equipment (racing seats, harnesses, window nets, roll bar padding, fire suppression systems, mounting hardware, etc.)
  • Assist customers in selecting properly sized and correctly certified safety equipment
  • Advise on compatibility between components (e.g., seat + side mounts + chassis, harness angles, HANS compatibility, fire system configuration)
  • Process orders, prepare quotes, and follow up on sales opportunities
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding availability and lead times

Accuracy matters. In motorsports, correct fitment and certification aren’t optional — they’re critical.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong passion for cars and motorsports (track day, time attack, road racing, rally, karting etc.)
  • Motivated, hardworking, and willing to learn
  • Ability to understand and explain technical products clearly
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Professional and confident phone/email communication
  • Fully bilingual (English and French)

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with racing safety standards (FIA, SFI, Snell)
  • Track or competition experience
  • Background in automotive sales or customer service

What We Offer

  • Work in an enthusiast-driven environment where cars and racing are the daily conversation
  • Employee pricing on performance, racing and safety equipment
  • Opportunities for growth within a specialized motorsports company
  • A team that takes both performance and safety seriously

If you want to turn your passion for cars and racing into a career, we want to hear from you.

When applying, tell us about your automotive background, what you drive, and your motorsports experience in a cover letter.
